Tire retriever came to my house and took 2 nails out of my tire with no issues! It was hard to believe how they have a whole tire shop in a van but they had every piece of equipment I have ever seen at discount tire (who I used to go to). Luke was super attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and personable too! I would highly recommend at least once to see how convenient a mobile tire shop is! I will definitely be doing more buisness with them - such a time saver instead of having to wait in a tire shop.

I had an unexpected flat tire early in the morning after hitting a curb and ended up stuck in a parking lot with a hungry toddler and two very excited dogs in the car. My usual tire guy was out of town, and I was in a bit of a pinch trying to figure out a solution — and I needed one quickly. I was honestly going a little crazy and just wanted to get home. Then I remembered a post I had seen about Tire Retriever the day before and decided to give them a call. They told me they’d be there in about 15 minutes and showed up right on time. A father-and-son team arrived that was calm and professional, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. They were so patient and kind, especially given the circumstances (a very noisy, overstimulating car), and they were straightforward and fair with pricing. As a bonus, they were incredibly sweet with my dogs — they had treats for them, were great with them, and clearly didn’t mind all the excitement, which meant a lot and made the situation feel much less stressful. I’m really grateful they were available and able to help me out when I needed it.

They made it so easy for me to get new tires put on my van. I literally hung out in my house with the kids while they did what traditionally I would have had to sit in a waiting room for or have to arrange for someone to pick me up and drop me off and that huge hassle. One could literally even have them come to their work and change a tire or balance tires or put new tires on! I love this concept of a mobile tire shop!
